Position: MERN Stack Developer

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Location: Coimbatore (Work from Office)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MERN Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on front end development to help us build and enhance our cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, with proficiency in Tailwind CSS, MUI, Bootstrap, and ShadCN. Experience working with AWS Amplify and a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.

Implement and style responsive user interfaces using Tailwind CSS, MUI, Bootstrap, and ShadCN.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Work with AWS Amplify to deploy and manage applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a MERN Full Stack Developer. Proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Strong front-end development skills with experience in Tailwind CSS, MUI, Bootstrap, and ShadCN.

Typescript for frontend and backend

Prior experience with designing using figma / adobe xd. Experience with AWS Amplify is a plus.

Solid understanding of the full web development lifecycle.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other AWS services.

Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks and libraries. Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
