We are Starwatch Technologies, a forward-thinking technology company specializing in creating innovative solutions in the virtual reality and metaverse space. As we expand, we are looking for a talented and passionate MERN Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled MERN Full Stack Developer with at least 2 years of experience to help us build and enhance our cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with AWS Amplify and a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work with AWS Amplify to deploy and manage applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a MERN Full Stack Developer.
• Proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with AWS Amplify is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the full web development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other AWS services.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks and libraries beyond React.js.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).

Pay: ?309,497.45 - ?500,000.00 per year
