Job Title: Mergers and AcquisitionsLocation: MumbaiResponsibilities:Deal Sourcing & Strategy:

• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition and partnership opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with investment banks, advisors, and target companies.

Financial Analysis & Valuation:

• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and synergy assessments.
• Analyze financial statements, market trends, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions.

Due Diligence & Execution:

• Lead the due diligence process, coordinating with advisors across various workstreams to ensure timely results.
• Assess risks and opportunities related to target companies.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior leadership and board review and approval.

Deal Structuring & Negotiation:

• Assist in structuring transactions, including determining deal terms, purchase agreements, and financing arrangements.
• Support negotiations and collaborate with external advisors, such as investment banks, legal counsel, and due diligence teams.
