• Role - Customer Support / Merchant Support Associate (CX-MF).

• Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent.
• Education Qualification- Any Graduation who holds certificates
• Work Location: Hi-tech City. (Work from Office)
• 6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
• Pure dayshifts only.
• CTC Experience: 270000 (0.6 - 3 Years)
• Rounds of Interview: HR & Operation round along with Versant Test.
Role & responsibilities
• Handling customer & merchant calls.
• Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
• Handling enquiry and service calls.
• Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls.
• Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
Preferred candidate profile
1 Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi. (Hindi is Mandatory)
2. Fresher's with good communication in English & Hindi can apply.
3. Voice/Semi Voice/Tele calling/ Customer Service experience would be an added advantage.
4. Candidate should be willing to work from office.
5. Good typing skills (25-30 WPM)
6. Immediate Joiners preferred.
7.One way cab facility. (Based on shifts)
