Job Description


Job Summary : Onsite Riyadh- Saudi ArabiaCore Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience in Analysis, Design and contribution in delivering initiatives for Merchants, Payment Service Providers and Acquirers.
  • Extensive experience around E-commerce, Internet and Mobile Payment Gateways, CRM, POS Payments, POS Services, Mobile transactions at POS and pricing strategies.
  • Exposure to Commercial Cards business and other products.
  • Experience in end to end Merchant Acquiring process, covering Onboarding, Transactional flow, Settlement, Reconciliation, Statements and various Reports. Understand Maker and Checker concept is in place.
  • Own and End to End delivery of key product initiatives (enhancements and new products roll-out) as per the Strategic Roadmap
  • Defines business and commercial requirements and complete business cases as required for commercial sign off and prioritization.
  • Aptitude and attitude to investigation of queries and come up with possible solutions.
  • Experience in managing relationships with all Partners/Service Providers, Schemes, POS vendors, Payment Service Providers and Vendors serving the Digital Payments business.
  • Able to align with Products team, Operations and IT for scope of work and deliverables expected.
  • Able to understand and articulate strategic initiatives, goals, benefits and purpose of digital solution xe2x80x93 driving from xe2x80x9cAS ISxe2x80x9d to xe2x80x9cTO BExe2x80x9d shift.
  • Preparation of BRDs, Review FSDs from vendor & IT.
  • Supporting the Business stakeholders in UAT in ensuring quality of the deliverables from IT before launching to clients.
  • Engage in regular basis with business for daily/ weekly tasks updates.
  • Follow up on issues and defects / escalate to PM, when necessary.
  • Able to work with Product/Channel manager to streamline the processes across department.
  • Derives better governance, control and quality assurance for project management activities within GLCM.
  • Regular interaction across internal departments to help deliver their business and operational strategies
Knowledge & Experience
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in any related field.
  • 5+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in payments sector, with focus on Merchant Acquiring solutions.
  • Familiar with the Payment Gateway systems for onboarding and Merchant maintenance
  • Technical knowledge of various integration APIs
  • Experience in the UX/UI design interface (will be a plus but not preferred)
  • Experience working in project SDLC.
  • Project management applications and CRM tool
