Merchandiser
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Garment Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of merchandising operations, from sourcing materials to ensuring timely delivery of high-quality garments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with buyers to understand product requirements, trends, and seasonal demands.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for fabrics, trims, and accessories.
• Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and present cost sheets, pricing strategies, and product development plans.
• Oversee quality control throughout the production process to ensure adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to align with brand aesthetics.
• Track and manage inventory levels to prevent overstock or shortages.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and ethical sourcing practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, manufacturers.
