ABZ Group is seeking a talented Merchandiser to join our innovative team. If you're passionate about export and possess the skills to turn market insights into actionable strategies, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities :

• Market Analysis : Conduct thorough research to understand current trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies .
• Product Development : Partner with designers and manufacturers to create new product lines that align with market demand and the brand's image .
• Merchandise Planning : Forecast inventory needs, plan assortments, and manage stock distribution across stores or regions based on sales trends and demand .
• Supplier Coordination : Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely production and delivery of product while upholding quality standards .
• Sales Analysis : Review sales data to track performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance sales strategies and boost profitability .
• Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, sales, and retail teams to implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities .

Qualifications :

• Industry Experience : Extensive experience in merchandising, with a proven track record in the fashion industry.
• Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior and design preferences
• Analytical Skills : Proficient in analyzing sales data, market research, and forecasting techniques.
