Job Overview:

At Mittal Clothing Private Limited, we are looking for a talented and motivated Merchandiser with three or more years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle, from initial concept through production and delivery, ensuring that our men's shirts and ladies' kurtis meet market demands and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with design, production, and sales teams to develop and execute merchandising strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive sales. Your strong analytical skills will be essential in forecasting trends, managing inventory, and optimizing pricing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform product selection and display.
• Collaborate with buying and marketing teams to create compelling promotional displays and layouts.
• Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to make data-driven decisions for product placement and replenishment.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to store staff on merchandising techniques and best practices.
• Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal and promotional displays.
• Gather and analyze competitor data to stay informed of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to present to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual merchandising and presentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
