Job Overview We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team at A L Paper House, the largest Handmade Paper & Paper Products Exporter in India. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the production and delivery of our products to meet customer demands. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and is a full-time role. Qualifications And Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong merchandising skills and understanding of product development process Knowledge of import and export regulations and document drafting Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other relevant software Fluency in foreign languages is a plus Experience in international business development is preferred Roles And Responsibilities Coordinate and manage production orders to ensure timely delivery Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms Prepare and maintain documentation for import and export processes Assist in the development of new products and designs Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities Maintain good relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for business expansion Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
