Overview: As a Merchandiser, you play a crucial role in the retail or manufacturing industry by ensuring that products are available and appealing to customers at all times. Your primary responsibilities include planning, purchasing, and promoting products to maximize sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Selection and Planning:
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to select products that align with market demand and company goals.
• Develop merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and assortment.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
• Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and maximize inventory turnover.
• Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate product deliveries and storage.
• Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct regular analysis of sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management that summarize key metrics and propose actionable recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications:
