Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Merchandiser to join our team. The Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring that products are well-presented, stocked, and displayed to maximize sales. You will work closely with suppliers, the sales team, and store managers to ensure our product offerings meet customer demand while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Placement & Display:
• Develop and implement effective product displays to attract customers and maximize sales. Ensure that products are displayed in an aesthetically pleasing and organized manner, adhering to company guidelines and brand standards.
• Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, track sales trends, and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of products. Ensure that stock is rotated and that older products are sold first to minimize inventory obsolescence.Review and analyze sales data to determine which products are performing well and which need to be repositioned, discounted, or removed from shelves. Provide regular feedback to management about sales trends.Ensure that product displays follow the agreed-upon planograms (visual merchandising guidelines) and that all promotional materials are displayed effectively.Develop in-depth knowledge of the products being merchandised, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning, to better assist customers and drive sales.Work closely with store managers and sales staff to ensure that merchandising standards are consistently maintained. Provide training and guidance to store employees on proper product handling, presentation, and stocking.Assist in executing promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and sales. Ensure that all signage and promotional materials are accurate and attractively displayed.Monitor customer shopping patterns and feedback, and use that data to improve product placement and the overall shopping experience.Prepare regular reports on inventory, sales, and merchandising activities. Maintain detailed records of product orders, deliveries, and any discrepancies.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
