This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The Merchandise Planner will be responsible for strategic inventory management and ensuring optimal merchandising processes to enhance business performance.Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in inventory management with a solid understanding of stock levels, turnover, and replenishment (Mandatory skill).
• Extensive experience in merchandising, with the ability to analyze sales trends and implement strategic plans (Mandatory skill).
• Strong capability as a merchandise planner, ensuring product availability aligns with consumer demand (Mandatory skill).
• Skilled in data analysis, able to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
• Proven ability in forecasting to accurately predict sales, inventory needs, and reduce excess stock by using historical data.
• Knowledgeable in retail math, including calculations of margins, markdowns, and profitability to support sales goals.
• Experienced in vendor management, negotiating contracts, and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
