This role will work closely with the founders and will have full responsibility for the P&L of the venues.JOB SCOPE:You will be responsible for:- Developing & maintaining partnerships with hotels and wedding venues- Generation of leads & revenue from the partnershipsKEY ROLES:- Hire & manage a team of Business Development managers- Build deep relationships with venue owners & hotel leadership -Identify venues to partner with- Do the closing negotiations- Provide regular updates, insights & feedback to the central team & foundersREQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor\'s degree or higher - 8 - 10 years of hospitality/business development/key account management experience- Experience in managing teams of 10+ members- MBA is a bonus (ref:updazz.com)
