Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled MEP Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for equipping trainees with the knowledge, technical skills, and practical expertise required to excel in the field.

Key Responsibilities :

• Training Delivery :
• Design and conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on MEP systems.
• Utilize industry-relevant tools, techniques, and technologies to enhance learning.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations and maintenance.
• Curriculum Development :
• Develop, update, and customize training materials based on industry standards and trends.
• Incorporate safety protocols and best practices into training programs.
• Align training modules with certification and accreditation requirements (if applicable).
• Assessment & Evaluation :
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate trainees' progress and skill acquisition.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Ensure trainees are job-ready upon completing the program.
• Industry Collaboration :
• Stay updated on advancements in MEP technologies and methodologies.
• Foster partnerships with industry stakeholders for knowledge sharing and curriculum alignment.
• Recordkeeping & Reporting :
• Maintain detailed records of trainee attendance, performance, and feedback.
• Prepare training progress and outcome reports for management.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in MEP systems (design, installation, or training).
• Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using training tools, software, and equipment.
• Ability to motivate and inspire trainees.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Certification in HVAC, Electrical Systems, Plumbing Design, or similar fields.
• Prior experience in an educational or training role.
• Familiarity with CAD and BIM software for MEP design.
