Person Specification Diploma in Electrical 4-5 years of experience in supervisory field.

JOB ROLE

An MEP maintenance supervisor manages maintenance activities for a facility, including planning, scheduling, and executing tasks. They also ensure that maintenance is performed safely and in accordance with company standards.


Responsibilities

Plan and schedule: Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets


Inspect: Perform regular inspections of facilities and assets to identify potential issues


Repair: Repair faulty equipment and ensure all MEP systems function effectively


Train: Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and performance


Maintain: Maintain inventory and equipment, and ensure that safety procedures are followed


Coordinate: Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities


Report: Provide reports on any works required and submit accurate timesheets for the operational staff


Respond: Respond in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues and help desk requests


Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations


Promote safety: Promote a safe work environment and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment


Other considerations

Ensure that work environments are safe and healthy for employees


Protect the company from fines and violations that could be incurred from compliance or regulation failures


Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
