Job Description

To oversee and organize the mobilization and monitoring of contract personnel for our several locations, we are looking for a committed and experienced MEP Supervisor. To successfully coordinate with the site crew, contractors, and regional leaders, the ideal applicant will possess great organizational and communication abilities.

Primary Accountabilities:

Labor Management:

Organize contract labor and contractor mobilization in conjunction with the site team.
From the place of origin to the job location, monitor the mobilization of contract labor.
Assist the site team and the contracts team in coordinating any additional labor needs.
Daily headcount of contract labor should be monitored in the designated area.
Request that current contractors increase their resources as needed.
Management of Contractors:

Monitor the bills of contractors and make sure they are paid on time.the Head of the Region.
Make sure all procedures and paperwork pertaining to contractors are current.
Reporting:

Submit a report to the North, South, or West Regional Head.
Report to the regional contracts resource using dotted lines.
Qualifications:

Engineering diploma, ITI, or graduate degree in any field.
