STAT CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems for various construction projects ( Mostly Healthcare Jobs ). This role requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Design:

• Review detailed MEP design plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into overall project designs.
• Review load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

Project Management:

• Manage and oversee all phases of MEP projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Construction Oversight:

• Supervise the installation and commissioning of MEP systems on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations of MEP systems.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and documentation.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and material specifications.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure proper functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management.
• Proficient in MEP design software - AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NEC, CEA,IS).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:

• This position may require frequent site visits and occasional travel.
• Ability to work in both Site and different field environments.
