Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Modeler to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) models for various projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless integration with other disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed MEP models using BIM software such as Revit.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure accurate and integrated project delivery.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM environment.
• Create detailed MEP drawings, schematics, and layouts.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, specifications, and reports.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in BIM technology, and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on MEP modeling-related issues and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an MEP Modeler or similar role in the construction or engineering industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).
• Experience with other BIM tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM 360).
• Knowledge of other MEPF systems and integration within the BIM environment.
