Job Description

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Plan, manage, and oversee all MEP works (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC) across various construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of MEP deliverables

Design Review and Coordination:

• Review and approve MEP designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless integration of MEP systems.

On-Site Supervision:

• Monitor and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Team and Vendor Management:

• Manage MEP subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Lead and mentor MEP team members, providing guidance to achieve project objectives.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

• Prepare and manage budgets for MEP works, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Track expenses and report on budget deviations.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards in all MEP installations.
• Address and resolve any quality-related issues during the project lifecycle.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all MEP works meet local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Handle permits and documentation related to MEP systems.

Problem-Solving:

• Identify and resolve technical challenges related to MEP systems during design, construction, and commissioning stages.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to mitigate project risks.

Post-Construction Support:

• Oversee the preparation of operation and maintenance manuals for MEP systems.
• Provide training to building management staff for the proper operation of installed systems.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare regular progress reports for project stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of MEP installations, testing, and commissioning activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
