Position Overview:The MEP Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and management of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in diverse projects, including car parking facilities, retail shops, hotels, and high-rise buildings. The role requires extensive expertise in electrical systems, HVAC, and firefighting, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Design: - Develop and review MEP designs for car parking systems, retail shops, andhotel environments, ensuring optimal functionality and sustainability. - Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project teams to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project design.System Implementation and Coordination: - Manage the installation and commissioning of electrical, HVAC, and firefighting systems across diverse facilities. - Oversee vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of MEP services.
