MEP Faculty

Position Overview:
The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Faculty is responsible for imparting knowledge and training to students in MEP design, installation, and maintenance. This role involves teaching, developing curriculum, and guiding students in mastering essential MEP concepts and industry-relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching & Training:
• Deliver engaging lectures and practical training sessions on MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Develop students' understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design principles and industry standards.
• Curriculum Development:
• Design, update, and enhance MEP-related course materials and lesson plans to reflect current industry practices.
• Incorporate real-world examples and case studies to bridge theory with practice.
• Hands-on Tool Training:
• Teach students to use modern MEP design and drafting tools, including:
• AutoCAD MEP
• Revit MEP
• HAP (Hourly Analysis Program)
• DIALux
• ETAP (Electrical Transient and Analysis Program)
• Carrier E20-II
• Navisworks
• Mentorship & Guidance:
• Assist students in completing projects, assignments, and industry internships.
• Provide academic and career counseling to aspiring MEP professionals.
• Industry Collaboration:
• Maintain strong connections with industry professionals to stay updated on MEP advancements.
• Organize guest lectures, site visits, and workshops to enhance practical learning.
• Assessment & Evaluation:
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve and excel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in MEP design and execution.
• Proficiency in MEP design tools and software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

This position plays a crucial role in preparing students for successful careers in the MEP industry by blending academic knowledge with practical expertise.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?19,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
