Job Description
Position : Costing and Estimation Specialist (MEP Electrical, MEP Mechanical, Civil)
Location : Thane
:
Concept/schematic costing
Quantity take-off
BOQ preparation
Bill certification
Analyzing and estimating costs
Rate analysis for respective systems (Electrical/ELV for MEP Electrical, Plumbing/Mechanical/Fire Fighting for MEP Mechanical, Civil/Finishing/Landscaping for Civil)
Tender management
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with project teams to develop budgets and provide recommendations for cost savings
Ensure quality, safety standards, and client requirements are met
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (as applicable)
Experience :
5-6 years of experience in respective fields (MEP Electrical/Mechanical/Civil engineering and cost estimation)
Technical Skills :
Excellent knowledge of building codes, market rates, and regulations
Relevant experience with conceptual and detailed cost estimation and proposal preparation
Sound knowledge of any CAD software and MS Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month

• Tender Management: 4 years (Preferred)
