The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our real estate projects. This role involves collaboration with other engineers, architects, and construction professionals to ensure the successful completion of high-quality buildings. Key Responsibilities: Design and Planning: Develop detailed MEP designs, schematics, and layouts for plumbing and fire fighting systems. Coordinate with architects and other engineers to integrate MEP designs into overall project plans. Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical support during the planning stages of projects. Project Management: Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems on-site. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support for plumbing and fire fighting systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MEP systems. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of MEP installations. Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures on-site. Review and approve MEP shop drawings and material submittals. Coordination and Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve technical issues. Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and documentation. Sustainability and Innovation: Implement sustainable practices in MEP designs to enhance energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E Mechanical). Proven experience in MEP engineering with a strong focus on plumbing and fire fighting systems. In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations related to MEP systems. Proficiency in MEP design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
