Job Description
For a leading Pune based real estate builder & developer requires @ Thane Location
- Participate & Supervise in all aspects of the project management for Elect./Mech.works
- Ensure that all information is available at site to undertake works
- Ensure all materials are correctly stored at site and installed without damage
- Control of the quality and technical correctness of the installation
- Ensure that the work is carried in accordance with the project safety
- Co-ordinate with the main contractor and other sub-contractors at site.
- Arrange skills development and training for the foremen and site workforce.
- Monitors the production and quality of sub-contractors works at site.
- Identifies additional works at site and advises the Project Engineer.
- Identifies delays at site and notifies the Project Engineer.
- Implement the inspection and test plan and obtain the supervising engineers approval
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- Overall 8+ years of experience with 2-5 years of site experience in Electrical/ Mechanical services
