Position: MEP Engineer

Experience: 3 - 6 Years of work experience

Location: Bengaluru

Salary: 4 LPA

: The MEP Engineer is responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure they meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. They collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs.

Design and Planning:

1.Develop detailed plans and specifications for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems based on project requirements and applicable codes.

2.Coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate MEP systems into overall building design.

3.Integrate sustainable design principles and energy-efficient technologies into MEP systems to minimize environmental impact and reduce operating costs

Project Management:

1.Oversee the implementation of MEP systems during the construction phase, including procurement, installation, and commissioning.

2.Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality installation of MEP systems.

3.Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to identify and address any deviations or issues.

4.Performs quality control checks, ensuring the safety and effectiveness or reliability of the system, Inspecting, analysing and finding solutions for engineering issues related to the MEP features

Technical Support:

1.Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, contractors, and clients on MEP system design, installation, and maintenance.

2.Responsible for material used at site as per specifications with good quality of finishing work

Documentation and Reporting:

1.Prepare comprehensive reports, drawings, and documentation related to MEP systems, including record drawings, as-built drawings, and operation manuals.

2.Maintain accurate records of project activities, correspondence, and changes to facilitate project management and future maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
