Job Description

• Designation : Drafter-MEP
• Qualification : ITI/DCE,BE Graduates with MEP Knowledge
• Experience : 3-5 years
• Skills : The ideal Candidate should have exposure in working of MEP services.

Roles / Responsibilities

• Preparation of technical drawings based on rough sketches, specification and calculations from engineers, surveyors and architects and MEP engineers.
• Checks and corrects work prepared by others in order to conform to standards, specifications, and design requirements
• Prepare finished drawings for construction work from sketches, specifications, and field notes
• Prepares MEP calculations for HVAC drawings, plumbing, piping and small substation and electrical works.
• Design change requirements, including but not limited to piping, plumbing, fire fighting design
• Identify any deviation in the design and provide justification for the deviation. Experience in MEP design detailing.
• Report to design manger as well as MEP manager for smooth coordination for design work
• Be able to prepare quick, simple and accurate hand calculations to check the designing of others.
• Prepares clear, complete and accurate working plans and detail drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes for MEP projects.
• Prepare MEP Shop Drawing, Plan, Section, Schematic Diagram, Schedule of Equipment, Equipment Installation Details.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
