Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on MEP BIM modeling principles, workflows, and software tools, tailored to the needs of our students.

Provide hands-on instruction and support to students, guiding them through the process of creating detailed 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, or Trimble MEP.

Conduct interactive training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops to enhance students' understanding and proficiency in MEP BIM modeling techniques and best practices.

Assess students' progress and performance through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.

Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in MEP BIM technology and incorporate relevant information into training sessions.

Collaborate with other trainers and instructional designers to continuously improve and refine training materials and delivery methods.

Provide mentorship and support to students as they apply their skills in real-world projects and internships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as an MEP BIM Modeler in the construction industry.

Proficiency in MEP BIM software such as Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, or Trimble MEP.

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their integration into building designs.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively to students of varying backgrounds and skill levels.

Previous experience in training or teaching MEP BIM modeling is highly desirable.
