Mep Bim Modeler
Job Description
The position requires a motivated and organized Revit MEP Modeller / Coordinator. A candidate should have expertise in Revit MEP software along with Navisworks Manage and BIM 360.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed 3D MEP models using Autodesk Revit.
3D coordination in Navisworks by integrating models such as Architecture, MEP and structural ensuring clash-free designs.
Preparation of MEP Construction drawings and 2D MEP Coordination drawings.
. Creation of Revit families.
Publish & Share Models and Create Issues in BIM 360 Collaborate with Engineers and
Architects.
Follow BIM standards and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical / civil engineering or related field.
Experience of 5+ years working as a BIM Technician and Coordinator
Proficient in using Autodesk Revit to create and modify 3D models.
Strong knowledge of MEPF systems and MEPF Coordination (Mechanical, Electrical,
Plumbing & Fire Protection)
Experience on US and Middle East Project Preferred.
Excellent skills in creating construction documents.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
