Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool and Daycare Mentor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing, educational, and safe environment for young children. The Mentor will provide guidance, support, and professional development for preschool and daycare staff(caregivers), ensuring the highest standards of care and education.

• Excellent communication is required.
• Proactive approach and positive attitude towards all the day to day chores in school.
• Provide guidance on effective teaching strategies and classroom management techniques.
• Review and evaluate educational programs to ensure they meet developmental standards and objectives.
• Promote and model best practices in child development and early education.
• Offer strategies and solutions for addressing individual children's needs and challenges.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports each child's growth and learning.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in early childhood education, with a proven track record of mentoring/teaching.
