Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Memento Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will create custom mementos, trophies, awards, and keepsakes that align with client needs, brand identity, and event themes. This role blends creativity, technical skills, and a passion for producing memorable and personalized designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Concept Development:

Create innovative and visually compelling designs for mementos, trophies, plaques, and awards. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, event themes, and branding requirements.

Material Selection & Prototyping:

Recommend suitable materials (e.g., metal, wood, acrylic, glass, resin) based on the design concept. Develop prototypes and mock-ups for client feedback and approval.

Customization & Branding:

Integrate logos, branding, and personalized messages into designs. Ensure designs reflect client brand guidelines and event aesthetics.

Technical Design & Production Support:

Produce detailed sketches, CAD drawings, and 3D renderings for production teams. Collaborate with production teams to ensure the design is accurately executed.

Innovation & Trend Awareness:

Stay informed on industry trends, new materials, and techniques in memento design. Experiment with fresh concepts and methods to enhance product offerings.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to meet client deadlines and requirements. Provide input on packaging and presentation ideas for completed products.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing mementos, gifts, or products. Familiarity with CAD software, 3D modeling, and graphic design tools.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar tools. Strong creativity, artistic skills, and attention to detail. Knowledge of production processes, materials, and finishes used in memento manufacturing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred:

Experience with laser cutting, engraving, or 3D printing. Understanding of branding and marketing principles.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
