Job Summary





The Membership Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring appropriate customer and members are set up correctly and maintained in SAP. They will serve as liason between Sun and Wholesaler. They will process new membership and handle complaints and request from current members/wholesalers. They will create and manage member list and report to Sun management monthly.





Areas Of Responsibility





• Responsible for the processing of all new Direct and Indirect customer entries in Vistex.


• Ensure Classes of Trade are accurate and available by customer and geographic area for downstream reporting.


• Responsible for working with internal and external auditors to provide required information for Class of Trade compliance.


• Responsible for collaborating with the Contract Operations and Pricing and Contracts Analytics group to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of brand contracts and pricing in Vistex.


• Responsible for collaborating with the Contract Op's team to implement all agreements along with membership files into Vistex.


• Perform audits on contracts to ensure compliance with Class of Trade guidelines to achieve brand sales goals.


• Collaborate with Contract Administration Team for Audits on the all Indirect Contracts including but not limited to FSS and PHS contracts to comply with Government Pricing standards.


• Provide sales analytics on customers and classes of trade to support managements reporting needs.


• Collaborate with the Pricing and Contracts team on audit issues as needed.


• Assist for system testing and implementing membership and contracting process improvement changes.


• Responsible for documenting and implementing internal system processes.


• Managing membership inbox and clearing all Pricing issues timely.


• Approve or Deny Membership requests

Job Requirements





Educational Qualification



• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent work experience in a similar position.



Specific Certification



• Prior experience with an ERP System (SAP, NetSuite)



Experience



• 1-3 years previous work experience processing invoices for payment is required.



• Skill (Functional & Behavioural):
• Prior Pharmaceutical Experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required (must be comfortable with v:Lookup and pivot table functions);
• Excellent analytical, administrative and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on time management and follow through.
