Role Summary: We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer designation who will perform below tasks:

• Assists System Administrators with incident resolution, as needed
• Designs and develops new ServiceNow applications and services
• Support Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Support and enhance ServiceNow platform modules as Service Portal, CSM
• Work on bug fix, load Asset and customer onboarding in CSM
• Bug fix and coordination with 3rd party integration suppliers
• Review any requests for enhanced feature functionality and prioritize accordingly
• Work with ServiceNow platform administrators to ensure latest upgrades and features are enabled
• Takes ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion
• Work with ServiceNow and the community for problem solving

Must Have :

• Minimum 2 years ServiceNow hands on Implementation experience in CSM
• Advanced System Administration
• Scripting
• Strong requirements gathering experience
• ServiceNow Platform Implementation and support
• ServiceNow CSM Implementation
• Experience in integrate 3rd party tools using REST/SOAP
• Experience on ServiceNow Upgrade
• Experience on LDAP and other basic integration

• Desirable qualities: Certified CSA - ServiceNow System Administration

• Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
• Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables
• Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
• On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables Specialization Match Note: Para-Professional incumbents update/maintain project schedules and associated resource plans and prepares progress reports. Para-Professional support may be in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment supporting multiple IT Projects.
