Summary of the Job Role:
Lead co-ordination & communication with Architects,
Design Consultants, other stakeholders and Govt
agencies for timely deliverables during Project Design
& Approval phase.
Develop concepts and deliver final designs of
buildings to the satisfaction of developers.
Authorities:

Responsible for Team Members performance, their
appraisals and training and development needs.
External Agencies
Guide and administrate Architects & Consultants for
timely delivery of all designs & detailing. Closely co
ordinate with Govt agencies for obtaining timely
approvals.
Key Outputs:
- Concept development and design of projects fulfilling Developer\'s
requirements and within framework of rules and regulations of various
Govt bodies.
- Co-ordination and communication with Design Architects, Liaison
Architects, Structural Consultants, and various other consultants / agencies
for timely deliverables during Project Design phase. Review and approve
inputs provided by such agencies.
- Co-ordination & liaising with various Govt authority for obtaining various
project approvals.
- Coordinate with procurement team for selection of vendors and products
for various architectural finishes and project branding.
- Ensure timely release of working drawings to site team for execution
purpose.
- Act as a pivot between site team, architects, and consultants, during project
execution stage, for resolving construction related issues. Ensure proper
coordination and communication amongst all, for timely addressal of
issues.
- Periodically report to the management on progress, critical milestones and
seek intervention wherever necessary.

Qualifications:
Minimum:
- Graduate/PG Degree in Architecture with exposure to commercial requirement of Construction business.
Additional Preferred:
- Post Graduation / Masters Degree / specialized course in Architecture of hospitality & commercial buildings
Skills/Knowledge:
- Proven experience as design & construction of building projects
- In-depth understanding of design & construction procedures and statutory rules & regulations
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with architecture software and construction / project management software
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
Experience:
- Should have worked extensively 10 to 15 years a reputed architecture firm / developer / EPC company
- Strong Technical Base in Building designs
- Should have completed at least 2 projects of high-rise buildings with high end finishes.
