Megasite Security leader & Technology Program Manager
Description
Responsible for global physical security standards, policies, and procedures; works with other functions and the facilities to develop and implement technology projects; understands and applies new and emerging technologies to Cummins facilities.
Develops and drives the implementation of physical security standards globally.
Designs and implements physical security operational processes and procedures.
Interfaces with other functions and the facilities to develop and implement physical security projects; ensures that processes and procedures are in place to integrate security requirements into design or upgrades to new or existing facilities.
Develops and maintains a strong understanding of new and emerging physical security technologies; performs ongoing assessment of risks and physical security needs against new technologies to provide best-fit solutions considering identified risks, organizational needs, and available budget.
Gathers analyzes, and monitors physical security system data; prepares reports and presentations for function and business leaders.
Manages, coaches, and mentors Security Technology Project Managers; provides guidance and direction on problems and issues; delegates works assignments considering employee skills and development needs.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Significant relevant experience required.
