### Job Profile


• Drivers Installation & configuration
• Configuration & troubleshooting MS- outlook and exchange mail
• Desktop Support-Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, It helpdesk, remote support etc.
• Troubleshooting (MS Office, Antivirus, Outlook, MS office )
• Remote Support-Desktop and Remote Assistance
• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
• Support IT infrastructure that's always up and running
• Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly
• Good knowledge of Windows update service (WSUS)
• Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, security updates; support internet and LANs
• Experience in Windows Servers,/Desktop Operating System, Migrations, Upgrade, repair, and maintain computer networks.
• Familiarity with Backup and restore processes.
• Maintain inventory of equipments and documentation
• Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
