- Devise comprehensive short and long-term marketing strategies to build and strengthen the brand identity of Medicover Hospitals.
- Ensure both external and internal communications align with creating a positive impact, adhering to brand guidelines for a consistent look-and-feel.
- Manage and coordinate various events to enhance brand and promote brand visibility.
- Collaborate with management and the marketing team to plan, prioritize, and publicize the strengths, features, and achievements of different units/departments, contributing to business development.
- Take ownership of marketing activities, working in coordination with operation leaders to generate revenue through promotional activities for assigned departments.
- Conduct thorough Market Intelligence Studies to benchmark and review strategies and plans.
- Calculate Marketing Return on Investment (MROI) to optimize resource utilization.
- Develop, implement, and manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum benefit from various campaigns.
- Design and implement sales processes and tools to measure and enhance the effectiveness of the sales force.
- Oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- Provide guidance and support to the team for enhancing business through corporate tie-ups and sponsorships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in the healthcare/ Pharma industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proven experience in budget management and ROI analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
Experience: 15 - 20 Yrs .
