Job Description

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as they enter the store.

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

Answer customer inquiries about medications, healthcare products, and general store information.

Provide information about prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and health supplements.

Develop a strong understanding of the products available in the store, including their uses, benefits, and potential side effects.

Actively promote and upsell products to customers, maximizing sales opportunities.

Provide information on ongoing promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.

Assist in achieving sales targets set by the Salesman.

Assist the pharmacist in retrieving prescription medications for customers.

Ensure that customers understand the proper usage, dosage, and any potential interactions of their medications.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.

Arrange products on shelves and displays in an appealing and easily accessible manner.

Monitor and restock inventory to avoid shortages and ensure availability of products.

Ensure that over-the-counter medications are kept in compliance with storage requirements.

Process customer transactions accurately using the store's POS system.

Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
