Job Description
Duties and Responsibilites
Patient related documentation: Type reports and discharge summaries of Out-patients and In-patients of the Hospital once the file is given to her from Billing; ensure accuracy of contents typed -Up To 93%.
Software data inputs: Type summaries and other concerned documents of the patients in the application software provided; ensure accuracy of contents typed
Printed reports: Check with the Duty Doctor, clarify doubts if any, and take printouts of the documents after correction.
Presence in the ward: Be present in the allotted ward or department at all times during duty hours; take breaks (eg: for meals) with the permission of the In-charge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
