Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Medical Tourism Facilitator
to drive patient referrals, doctor onboarding, and revenue growth in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of doctors, experience working with hospitals, and a proven track record in achieving revenue targets through referral sales and business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement short-term and long-term business development strategies for company growth.
Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
Drive patient referral programs to maximize revenue generation, targeting significant revenue growth.
Coordinate with hospital management to ensure smooth patient onboarding and service execution.
Monitor and analyze sales performance on a regular basis.
Conduct market research to track competitor activities and industry trends.
Train, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve productivity and achieve business targets.
Organize and manage CMEs and other promotional events to strengthen hospital-doctor relationships.
Ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams, hospital administration, and external partners.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by tracking potential business opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Extensive experience in Business Development, Referral Sales, and Hospital Marketing.
Strong network of doctors and experience working with reputed hospitals.
Proven ability to drive patient referrals and achieve high revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in handling sales teams, motivating employees, and implementing sales strategies.
Knowledge of hospital management, TPA services, and healthcare sales.
Preferred Experience:
Previous roles in healthcare marketing, hospital administration, or sales.
Experience working with healthcare startups or corporate hospitals.
Ability to handle distributor networks and C&F agents for hospital channel management.
