About the Role:
The Medical Superintendent will be a cornerstone of our hospital's operations, ensuring seamless coordination of medical services and fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and compassion. This pivotal role requires a strong leader with expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee the hospital's clinical and administrative functions.
? Maintain and implement protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
? Lead and mentor medical and nursing staff to uphold our commitment to compassionate care.
? Collaborate with department heads to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
? Drive initiatives that align with the hospital's vision of delivering world-class cancer care.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• MBBS with a postgraduate degree in Hospital Administration or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a multi-specialty hospital.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A patient-first approach combined with strategic thinking.
• Familiarity with NABH accreditation standards and government healthcare schemes like Ayushman Bharat is a plus.
