Qualification: BAMS with MBA in Hospital Administration
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience as Deputy Medical Superintendent in Ayurveda hospitals or Hospital Administrator/HR (Human Resource Manager) in NABH accredited Multi-specialty Hospital.
Job Summary:
The Medical Superintendent is responsible for the overall management and administration of an Ayurveda hospital. This role involves strategic planning, operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality of patient care. The incumbent will report to the Principal/Director/Dean or Human Resource Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning and Leadership:
• Develop and implement the hospital's strategic plan in alignment with the overall organizational goals.
• Provide leadership and direction to the hospital staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Operational Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including patient care, administration, and finance.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources and optimize operational costs.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the hospital.
• Human Resource Management:
• Responsible for the recruitment, selection, training, and development of hospital staff.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations and performance management.
• Financial Management:
• Prepare and manage the hospital's budget.
• Monitor and control expenses.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Patient Care:
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement patient safety protocols.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• NABH Accreditation:
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of NABH accreditation standards.
• Coordinate internal audits and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
