• Techypwellwise.pvt.ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Services Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and responding to incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner, providing exceptional support to patients, healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of medical services, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call Handling: Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming calls, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries related to medical services, appointments, and procedures.
• Patient Support: Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and other service-related requests.
• Information Delivery: Provide clear and comprehensive information about medical services, including details on procedures, insurance, and billing, to help callers make informed decisions.
• Experience: Prior experience in a call center, customer service role, or medical office environment is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Must have good typing speed.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of medical terminology .

Working Conditions:

• Environment: Office-based with standard working hours. Flexibility may be required to accommodate departmental needs and peak call times.
• Equipment: Utilization of phone systems, computers, and other office technologies.
