Should be responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing relationships with distributors in their designated area. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products reach the right markets efficiently and effectively, in line with the company's strategic plans.
• Distributor Identification: Research and identify potential distributors in the designated area who align with the company's distribution strategy and requirements.
• Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate terms and conditions with prospective distributors, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that comply with company policies.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to understand distribution needs and trends, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate distributor performance, providing feedback and support to optimize their effectiveness.
• Compliance: Ensure all distribution activities comply with relevant regulations
