Role Overview:
As a Medical Sales Representative at you will be responsible for promoting and selling our infant healthcare products to healthcare professionals and facilities. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that enhance patient care and safety. You will work towards achieving sales targets and expanding our market share in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
• Promote and sell infant healthcare products to healthcare professionals, including pediatricians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase sales within your territory.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare clients.
• Understand and respond to customer needs, providing detailed product information and demonstrations.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Collect and report feedback on customer requirements, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
4. Product Knowledge and Training:
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of product features, benefits, and application.
• Educate healthcare professionals on product usage and advantages through training sessions.
5. Territory Management:
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for your designated territory.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for market success.
6. Reporting and Data Management:
• Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in medical sales or a similar role, especially within the healthcare industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with a strong sales acumen.
• Ability to travel within geographic regions as required.
