We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Medical Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products and medical devices to healthcare professionals, with a specific focus on establishing and maintaining strong connections with Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) doctors in Chennai, Coimbatore, Vellore, and Tiruchirappalli.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.- Identify and prioritize key ENT doctors in the designated area for business development.- Build and maintain strong relationships with ENT doctors through regular visits and communication.- Provide product information and training to healthcare professionals.- Conduct product presentations and organize promotional events.- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation in a timely manner.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials.Requirements:- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in medical sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.- Strong knowledge of the healthcare market and industry trends.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.- Valid driver\'s license and access to a vehicle.Additional Value:- Experience in connecting with ENT doctors and understanding their specific needs and preferences.- Existing network of ENT doctors in Chennai, Coimbatore, Vellore, and Tiruchirappalli.- Knowledge of ENT-related medical products and devices.
