• Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed about the features, benefits, and uses of the pharmaceutical products or medical devices represented.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
• Sales and Promotion:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Conduct product presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the value and benefits of the products.
• Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and promotional events.
• Relationship Building:
• Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and key decision-makers.
• Regularly visit medical offices, clinics, and hospitals to promote products and provide information.
• Market Analysis:
• Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Provide feedback to the company on market trends, customer needs, and product improvements.
• Customer Education:
• Educate healthcare professionals on the proper use, dosage, and administration of products.
• Provide training and information to medical staff as needed.
• Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements related to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs, to support overall business objectives.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
