We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of laboratory and blood bank equipment, with a particular focus on laboratory refrigerators and deep freezers. The role requires someone with a strong understanding of the medical and healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell laboratory and blood bank equipment, including laboratory refrigerators, deep freezers, and related products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in hospitals, laboratories, blood banks, and research institutions.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies to meet sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical, laboratory, or healthcare equipment sector.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and an understanding of the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as required.
