Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Dental Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue. Growth in the dental industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental sales or Healthcare excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the dental market.
Lead and manage a team of dental dealers
Set sales targets, goals, and strategies
Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Stay up-to-date on dental products, technologies, and industry trends
Collaborate with product / marketing managers to launch new products and promotions
Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and distributors
Provide exceptional customer service and support, collaborate with the CRM Manager
Monitor and report on sales performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction Analyses sales data to identify trends and opportunities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
