Responsibilities:
• Visit doctors daily to introduce and promote our Needle-Free Injection System.
• Conduct product demonstrations, present clinical studies, and address queries.
• Negotiate and close orders in collaboration with the sales team.
• Train healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, and admin staff) on product usage.
• Assist in administering initial cases and provide ongoing support.
• Build relationships with KOLs/KBLs and organize CMEs, RTMs, and campaigns.
• Promote the brand through vaccination drives and corporate tie-ups.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Travel as needed within the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharma, or related fields.
• 2-6 years of sales experience, preferably in pediatric or vaccine products.
• Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
Location: City/State-based role with travel requirements.
