Key Responsibilities

• Sales Activities:
• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Marketing Initiatives:
• Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and product visibility.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competition analysis.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and activities.
• Client Management:
• Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Handle inquiries and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client retention.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, complaints, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align goals and objectives.
• Compliance and Knowledge:
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry advancements, and healthcare trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-3 years in sales/marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Persuasive negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry trends (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
